Founded in July 2025 by Thembeka Dludla and Gugulethu Shabalala, Anchor Finance was created after years of seeing first-hand how well structured internal systems can transform a business. Thembeka’s background as a Finance Supervisor and Financial General Manager for an international organisation demonstrated how the right processes don’t just save time. They strengthen profitability and improve decision making. Gugu’s hands-on experience in accounting, payroll, HR and exports brings the operational precision growing businesses need.
